Myself and 7 other visually impaired people went to the Whiski Rooms as part of a trip organised by Seable Holidays, in which we took part in the whisky and cheese tasting. I had a really lovely experience there, and I’d like to thank the staff for creating such an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. Eleanor, Who Oversaw the tasting, was so friendly and knowledgeable – I learned a lot from her, not to mention I had some incredible whisky. I’d also like to thank Stephen, who was so enthusiastic accommodating when we made the booking. Staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time, and because of that I’ll definitely be back if I visit Edinburgh again!

We had the honor of hosting Stephen for a private whisky tasting after our wedding ceremony on 13/5/23 evening. Not only was he full of amazing whisky facts, he was also very professional and relaxed. We recommend spending any time with Stephen to feel like a true whisky aficionado.

Thank you for brining your storytelling and nose-training skills to our group at Carberry tower. People loved the whisky-tasting session, based on the great feedback we’ve been receiving, and we were lucky to have guides with such authority and knowledge.
